15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
 

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by applicable law. We may consider a return, exchange or refund only if:

  • We are legally required to provide a refund

If we offer subscription plans, recurring orders or auto-renewal purchases, the following terms apply. By signing up for a subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the stated billing interval. You are responsible for managing, pausing or cancelling your subscription before the next billing date. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. We may modify, suspend or discontinue subscription plans at any time. Any specific subscription terms shown at checkout will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
 

17. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Codes
 

Promotions, discount codes, referral codes and gift codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue.

  • Codes may be limited to one use per customer

Transactional messages relating to your order, delivery, account or customer service may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
